About Us

The Midcounties Co-operative Difference

We are funeral experts that will be here when you need us.

With over 85 funeral homes in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and the West Midlands, we are part of the largest independent co-operative in the UK. We pride ourselves on the high standards of care we deliver through our experienced funeral professionals in your community. All of our funeral homes are staffed by individuals that are caring, professional, passionate and absolutely committed to delivering first class care and support to you and your family.

At The Midcounties Co-operative, we are passionate about working with our members, colleagues and suppliers to create a better, fairer world for the communities we serve. Concern for the community is one of the co-operative principles on which we base our business, and we look to give something back to our communities in a number of ways. We are owned by our communities, led by our communities, and we reward our communities.

From volunteering and fundraising, to supporting local schools and charities, to donating a share of our profits back to organisations that need our support, there are many ways we support the local communities we serve. So when you buy a Funeral Plan from the Midcounties Co-operative, you are helping us to invest in your local community.
